PHILOSOPHY
Our love for the earth (and Concord, North Carolina in particular) guides every aspect of our operation from our grape growing to our wine making. Dover Vineyards strives to produce a wine that is as natural and delicious as possible. We believe that a good wine reflects the community and environment that produces it. We aren't France, we aren't California. We are North Carolina and we know that once you try our wines, you'll love us for who we are.

The Farm Stand
In addition to the produce we grow on our farm, we also offer produce from other farms at our Farm Stand located at 3600 Concord Pkwy S, Concord NC 28027. We are proud to offer locally grown meats, dairy, canned goods, and produce from other local farms who are committed to farming as we are! We encourage you to come check out our offerings as our inventory is constantly changing. Why not challenge yourself to eating from the farm stand for a few meals per week? It's easier than you think!

FARMING PRACTICES
We specilize in growing heirloom varieties of vegetables in the most natural way possible. We don't just have heirloom tomatoes—we have heirloom kale, lettuces, peppers, almost anything you can imagine. You can't get this sort of flavor just anywhere!
We strive to keep our off-farm inputs to a minimum; however, when we do need purchse supplies or tools, we always try to support other small, local businesses. Shopping with us not only supports this local farm, it also helps support the entire community!
We like to describe our farming practices as "uncertified-organic." We follow the majority of the National Organic Program guidlines; however, our farm is not inspected by the government. If you have any questions regarding our agricultural practices, just ask! We'd be happy to talk with you.
CSA Veggie Box 2024
Registration begins Jan 01
The CSA program is a huge part of the way that we run our farm. It's essentially a magazine subscription to our farms. This is how we determine our operating budget for the season and allows us to farm without going into debt. Our customers pay for their vegetables up front and then receive a share of what the farm produces every week.
We have pick up sites at our Farm Stand in Concord (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), at Local Loaf (Thursdays) in NoDa, at the Common Market in Plaza Midwood and the University City Farmers Market (Saturdays). We accept cash, venmo, check, or PayPal. Contact us for details and the signup form, or click on the buttons below!
Hope you can join us!
In addition to the vineyard, we have
THE FARM
PLAZA MIDWOOD FARMER'S MARKET
From April- December, we come to Charlotte to sell our farm products! We are at NoDa Brewing on Thursdays from 5pm-8pm and at Common Market in Plaza Midwood on Saturdays from 10-1pm. Along with our products, we also bring farm goods from other producers and farmers. We have a drop-off for the Charlotte version of our CSA during these times.
